Boo To All
Hope you all have fun with all the little Goblins tonight!
This weekend I spent every moment possible knitting. I am waiting for my sis to catch up with the vest project...I'm such a nice sister!
I recieced my box of yarn from Rams Wool on friday. I am making my wonderful girls fun mittens form the book "Smittens" and of course the yarn is Mission Falls I still can't believe that they are going out of business. As my mittens get past the ribbing I will post the progress.

I am amazed how fast this month is going! I have been doing a little knitting and lots of leaf pick-up. I can't say how much time I have had to myself because of my 2 girls keep me going when I am not working.
We went pumpkin pickin this weekend. I don't think we found the great pumpkin but we came close on 2 of them. I could hardly get them in the car. Mine of course is just the right size!
Now on to the important things Knitting!
My vest is almost ready for the edges I can hardly wait... This is the first vest I have ever made for me simple but wonderful.

It makes me want to get started on maybe a little harder project...How about a sweater? Maybe My daughters are getting new ski jackets so maybe I will play around with making them Peruvian hats you know the ones with ear flaps and long strings to tie under the chin and mittens from the Smitten book for xmas gifts. One last picture for the day I have played with my Alpaca and made these finger less gloves my they are warm!

Fall is in the air!
Did anyone go to the craft fair? What did I miss?
I went to tattered cover with my sister last night for a stich-n-bitch
group but again no one showed up...But wait there is more.....We met two wonderful ladies, Christa she was working on those famous felted slippers and Mercedeh who was working on this knitted blanket. It was beautiful. Sheila is still working on the new bag...one strap left. I of course had a hat in hand it will be for a little boy and I was going to work on the vest but did more talking than knitting. We are going to meet our new knitters at Tattered Cover the first Thursday of the month if any of you are free come join us! Hope you all have a great weekend...I am unloading pumpkins for IFTF at St. James church on Sat, and then I here that Colorful yarns is having a sale I must go and probably just look and wish for more yarn!
